What is your return/cancellation policy?

For all orders, we provide a 24-hour order cancellation period in the event that you change your purchasing decision. In the event you wish to cancel, or make adjustments to your order, you can send an email request to our Customer Care inbox, info@sublyminl.com.
 
However, since we operate on a print-to-order basis, we do not warehouse any inventory for our products and are unable to accept any returns. We do not provide any refunds, credits, or product replacements, with the exception for products that are DOA (Damage On Arrival).
 
If the product you ordered is damaged upon its arrival, we ask that you send an email to our Customer Care inbox and include as much information as you can, such as the order number, customer name, pictures of the damage, and any supporting detail. In this case, we will ship out a replacement product. As mentioned above, we do not warehouse any inventory, so we also do not accept returns for any damaged products.

What depth should I choose?

The depth of the canvas, or in other words, the “thickness” is offered in two variations.

1. 0.75 inches
2. 1.5 inches.

The 0.75 inch variation provides an affordable, and slim profile for your art. It is ultra-lightweight and makes it easy to hang and also switch positions and locations for all types of walls. Another use for the 0.75” depth is the ability to place it in a frame. Frames can add another level of depth to your artworks. *Frames are not sold by SUBLYMINL*

The 1.5 inch variation is also referred to as “Gallery Wrap” or “Gallery Depth”. The extra depth of the canvas makes the artwork really stand out and become a statement piece for the wall that it hangs on. Thanks to our lightweight frames made from pine wood, art pieces with this depth are still relatively light. This is the better option in terms of aesthetics.

When will my order ship?

We are a company that operates on a print-to-order basis. Once your order is placed, it is sent to a printing and framing facility where your canvas will be individually printed, and framed by hand.
Orders are delivered in 5-10 business days for Canada, 10-14 days for the US, and 15-20 business days for international shipments.

Do you make custom artworks?

We currently do not take commissions for custom artworks.

Do you offer custom sizing?

We do not offer custom sizing on orders. Artworks can only be ordered in the available size variations.
